midwest tractor shows

Does anyone know or know where I can get info on when and where tractor shows will be in the midwest? I live in western Wisconsin, so if someone knows where shows are by me or in the surrounding states, it would be great to know where they are. Thanks

I use google. Be sure to include 2008 else you will get lists back to the beginning of the internet. You can narrow it by including the state, too.

Engineers and Engines magazine runs a list often, though right now its kind of slim.

One other google search string can be the name of a vendor you often see at such events, often they will have a list of the shows they plan to be at.

Check out the Rochester, MN Agri-News. They sponsor winter shows- one is coming up very soon in S. MN They also go to ST. Cloud, MN , about March.

Buckley, Mi. has a show always the third weekend in August. Plowing, threshing, pulls, etc. with old tractors. Several old steam tractors and hit-and-miss engines. Usually runs Thursday through Sunday. Camping available on site. Cosest motel close to 30 miles away in Cadillac or Traverse City.

Look on the left side of page, Show Guide. Farm Collector has a list of shows nationwide. Sept. 12,13,14, Atkinson, Ill. Antique Engine and Tractor Association 48th annual Working Farm Show. 33 acres, combining, picking corn, threshing, sawmill, corn shelling, plowing. Feature tractor is JICase and R&V hit & miss engines. Small version of Rantoul Show, but we are growing. We are worth the trip. Chris

I dont know where you are in western Wi or how far you want to travel. There is a nice show in Almelund, MN (just west of Taylors Falls). Only 30 miles from me, been telling myself I'm going for years and havent seem to be able to get there. My circle of freinds speak highly of it. Many others within a 100 mile radius the there as well.

There is a really good show in Edgar Wi about the
second week in August. Over 100 tractors, steam
engines threshers flea market etc. East on hwy 29
to Edgar.

Theres the Pioneer Power Inc Thrashing Show in Hanley Falls Minnesota every year, Aug 11 - 12, wright next to the Machinery Museum just off highway 23.

I obviously mis-read your post- I thought you meant farm shows- where equipment and tractors are displayed by various companies.
