Out here on the edge of big grain country back then most were running JD followed by Case (1971-74). Few with the still independent Steiger and Versatile. Every great now and then you'd see an MF or IH. Never saw an Oliver, AC or MM 4X4 until many years later at tractor shows.

Here's the green version. This one belonged to a guy just west of me and sold on his auction a few years ago. I had a bid or two on it,but it ended up in Wisconsin.

A yellow A 4T-1600 would be pretty rare. One wonders if even a dozen are around in the entire country. The 1600 running turbo w/o factory muffler likely producing more than the factory advertised hp. Those engines were used in some 2 wheel drives models like the 1350 but only rated 140 hp. They had a monstrous torque curve. Interesting coverage of the A4T-1900 which had never seen or even knew new existed.

The A4T-1900 existed as a prototype only, the one in the video was recreated from transmission parts ect found from the prototype. There was an article in one or both of the MM magazines.

I never seen a Oliver in my life except in picture
books . There is a few south of here . But everything
was John Deere IH and case a few small fords

The big 4 wheel drive Minnies were called Plainsman. In this part of Indiana you didn't see very many MM tractors but dads WW II Army buddy lived in a little town in Iowa by the name Jamaica and there was a large MM dealer in the mid 60s.
