Got my block back from machine shop without some pieces I took there. First thing is the oil line from the block to the governer. Can I duplicate this line with copper tubing and fitting??? Second, looks like i'm missing a plug out of the head. The hole appears to be fine thread and is in the front of the head directly in the center. Does anyone know what goes there???

Just go back to the shop. They can find your old oil line or make them replace it. Any good shop will gladly make it right. Tom

copper will work harden from vibration.. IMHO.. I wouldn't want a main oil carrying line to be copper... capilary tubes are bad enough.. but at least you can get some warning when they pop and shut down before loosing alot of oil.
