I have a 4 row 30" MM Planter, has the fiberglass boxes and steel plates. It is the only one I have ever seen.

Any idea what it is worth?

I might trade it for another piece of MM equipment

What you have is a set of Oliver planter with M&M decals. I believe it is the same as an Oliver 540.
