Did you get the twister fixed?

Yes I welded them. Put new wire guides on . Found new ones on ebay for $8 dollars

Made a new guide bearing . Woodworking place had a bearing. Pressed it on the bolt. O believe it's a bandsaw guide bearing

The left side ejector guide was broke. Found the piece in the tool box. I welded it back on. Then I'm going to have to time everything.

Yes. I ran it through a c y cle after many adjustments. Very cold for the next few days to work on it.

Could you Get some pictures of them? So I can see exactly what you are dealing with. It would also help if you could get the casting Number off of them. Thanks

Did the needle break again?

No. Its just twisted. Its low on one end and a little high when it comes thru

Can the current needle be corrected? Maybe you could cut it and reweld the Needle to get it straight. That would be your best option

I would think so because the model 80 is a very uncommon baler and parts availability is next to none. Your baler is the first model 80 that I've seen an actual picture of aside from illustrations and manuals.
