When I got home tonight I seen the post you had about the pulls your club has. What are the dates of the pulls and what is the chain length. Is it close to NATPA. Thanks for hauling the tires to Justin Monroe I owe you for that. Thanks Dave Thompson jr.

I'll be working on our 2011 schedule next week. Our Michigan Shootout pull uses a 5ft. chain I believe. Regular pulls are closer to a 6ft., but I'll have to ask. Our pulls are in

Fowler, MI
Pewamo, MI
Westphalia, MI
Hubbardston, MI
Ionia, MI
Eagle, MI

The best pulls are at the Fowler Conservation Club. This is our home track. It's a fairly old-school sled, but works well.

I wont disagree that fowler is a good pull. However if a person likes great food and drink, great live entertainment and great beer tents with lots of spectaters, then you may be intrested in pulling at the Pewamo or Westphalia pulls. They both celabrate with a festival at the same time as there pulls are being conducted. And by the way, Pewamos track has had more crankshafts broke on it then the other tracks you mentioned.

Any of them. 3000# class was eliminated. 2500# Barnyard or 2500# Mod with the combine block. Some of the more dusty tracks would work better with non cuts maybe. Hubbardston or Westphalia? Eagle is usually dusty and hard. Works with lots of air and new tires sometimes.
