Remember this as a kid...what fun. Loved being a farm kid! Today is my dads birthday and he taught me how to drive that tractor when I was 8 or so!

Dammit, that guy on the Case Model D has some big sideburns!!! He was a heckuva lot younger then too! Course you and your brother were a lot younger also! Yep, it's true, my 66th time around the sun! Thanks Lori, you had me goin' for a while there!! Seems it was only yesterday when you kids were riding on that load of straw.

I think I had to be 5or6 in that pic and think I was 7or8 when I steered my first Case!!! WOW where does the time go? Growing up with Case makes for fond memories!!!

Happy Belated Birthday Steve, hope you can hook up and give "hayrides" to those kids again soon!

Happy Birthday from me too Steve!
My Dad also had those side burns at one time.
I remember a ride in the spreader too but ours had poo in it! Ha Ha!

Been looking for a photo of this finally found one! This is what we get hayrides on now! This pic is Aug. 08, dad scaled down a gear from a full size hayrack and made this lil guy!! It now has bigger tires and alot of miles on it. It makes the annual trip to Prairie Village every year.

Forgot to mention it also is in the annual parade for our Hometown Days!!

Forgive me, but I did chuckle, it was a downgrade on the hayride.
Thanks for the fun picture and the big smiles that are in my face :)
