well i typed this huge interduction and clicked submit and it came up with some type of error so this is my test post and intro.

i just brought home my first ford 8n which was my uncles tractor of choice for his 20 acres with 3-4 acres for baled hay.

although i wished for the farmall h since i grew up with it. long haying seasons and 3-4ft of snow while trying to spreading poop.

test ..test...?

Ok going by your handle your either a Navy Seabee or an ex navy seabee right??? Well if you answer yes then Let me say this. From one navy man to anther glad you did your duty and my son is a seas bee right now

SeeBee.......welcome. We really don't need photos but they are always nice, size'um 640 x 800.

Recommend you squander $25 (cheap) for the I&T FO-4 manual. It even has pictures for the reading challenged. Its NOT like MIL spec-41 TO's. Don't ferrgitt the "archives" at the top of the page of this great N-Board. ........Dell

Congrats on your "N",You will have fun and adventure, maybe mis-adventure.Everyone else has anyway,I've had mine about 7yrs and really enjoy it.Been used to running bigger tractors[backhoes, loaders],but really enjoy having this little powerhouse to tinker and play with.My Wife says I'm in my second childhood,I say childhood never ends for a lucky few!!---lha
