Old Fords are like the energizer bunny, they just keep going & going. Dad bought our 2N new in '47. Still going, but needs an overhaul!

Thaks for all the replies fellas. I've only had it 4 yrs and it's just the way it was when I bought it except for a couple of new parts. I origanally wanted an 8N but could'nt find one. I found this one a couple miles down the road and fell in love.I want to fix it up a little better and paint it back the original color of grey one of theese days but right now it earns it's keep, plus some. It's perfect for what I need it for and I would'nt trade it for two new ones. Thanks again. BTW I've got the fever & I've still got my eyes open for that 8N.

Interesting how your auger is vertical. Mine is always leaning to the back. Have to drop the auger in the spot I want it and back up 6" or so...Nice looking 2N
