This is used with a bush hog to make quick/easy height adjustments & hold that minimum height independent of hyd lift, once set. What is it called & where can these be purchased? They really work great & I would like to find another one.

not sure the proper technical term. I have one that is part of an old sickle bar mowing machine. That was the only one i've ever seen thought it was exclusive to that mower. I guess you learn something new everyday

My brushog came with that setup. Real easy to adjust the height. I love 'em. Maybe they're called "adjustable" limit chains. I looked for my photo in the galleries' but couldn't find it. HTH

Ya made me thirsty. The chain in side view looks like the daisy chained tabs on older pull top can. Time for a brew.

Yep! Just pack the little boooger up and put it on the Brown truck to me! :)

I don't suppose you know what they are called, other than 'really good device' or where to buy one?

I've searched everything I can think of from adjustable top link, height setting top link, rooster comb top link, to saw-back top link, etc. but come up empty.

I've got one on my mower and it does allow for real easy height adjustment. Mine's an even simpler design and easy to make. you just make the whole assembly out of chain. I'll post pic tomorrow.
