I think you better donate that one to a museum...Parts would difficult at best, most likely impossible.Find something more modern and usable

There is no bottom in that seed hopper to even be able to set a plate in, impossible to make one. Use as a static machinery display at shows.

Everything Still Moves And Function. I Think All i need Are Some Plates But I Just Dont Know What Kind To get.

I can't help you with the brand, but it looks like a fun project if you could find the parts. I would start by just looking at a bunch of other old planters to see if any are simmilar. Most brands stayed pretty much the same through their entire run with only minor changes as time passed. That way you may find something that is close enough to use to get yours going. Don't give up yet.

You also could try posting over on Tractor Talk, there are a lot more people over there and you might find someone there that recognises it.

That looks to be an old International Harvester or P&O planter. That round seed hopper style was used into the late 40's and then became a POA or POAX reverse feed hopper with an offset in the hopper, that was used in to the 50's or 60's. The bottom parts are the same, as well as the plates.
The old master catalogs on the Wisconsin Historical Society can help you out. Parts wouldn't be impossible to find, and would be easier to locate than any of the orphan brands.
