Need help with a Jacks Block Part 2

Called Jacks auto about my block. They do not believe they built it. I was told when I bought it that it was a jacks block so now I"m trying to figure out who built it. The reason jacks know they didn"t build it is because it has been brazed on top where the sleeves press into behind the donut on top of the power block and they don"t build theirs that way. I attached pics of inside of the sleeve. Does anybody have an idea who might have built this block?
