Unstyled G Guy

Got a 7.25" Jacks Block (originally a 7-1 power block) I bought off a guy who bought it from a friend to help him out when he needed money. Block had never been used before. I put it in my G and have been pulling it all summer. Come to find out it likes to drink water (almost a gallon every tractor pull) I pulled the block Sunday (left the Jerry's head bolted to it) and put a plate on top and bottom and filled it with water. I then installed an air line and ball valve and put a little bit of pressure on it. Looking in the cylinders, there is a decent water leak in the front of the #2 cylinder and also a very bad water leak between then sleeves in the back facing the crankcase. This block also has concrete in it. I've already tried Bar's stop leak and also that $70 blue quart that's guaranteed to stop leaks buy they didn't work. Anybody have any ideas as to how to seal off the leaks? The one in the back between the sleeves I'm thinking I could stop with JB weld.
Also, this block has been blazed in the front and the machines down. I'm told Jacks use nickel rod. Does anybody have there number so that I could contact them?
Sorry for the long post, figured I try to get all the details in. Thanks for any of your help!
