needing ideas on my case

I'm building my DC case to pull and needing some help on ideas for a hitch set up and wheelie bars all help would be greatly appreciated thanks for all the help

The only way I have to send pics is with a cell phone. I made a steel back cover with an easily adjusted hitch and a strap with a tension nut up to the original pull point underneath the tractor so everything does't pull off the back cover. Tip bars bolt to the place the original hitch did which separates the hitch and the tip bars which NATPA rules suggest a person to do. I plan on being in Lincoln if that helps.
