Well, it's not done.... but it's time I started to get other people opinions!

Check out http://www.freetractormanuals.net/
And give me an opinion!

Before you ask, no you cannot save or print most of the manuals since that would not be fair to fine web sites like this one (I encourage you to buy the manuals after you review them from sites such as this) I do not sell manuals from this site.

Next item is how can you help? Do you have a PDF version of a manual you would like to have included? Drop me an email & I will put it online for you for free.

Finally, if you want to see how to do a little something from a manual, check out our shorts. We have taken certain steps out of manuals and put them here. This month featuring "How to bleed a Diesel Fuel System"

Hope into the message forums and provide some opinions and topic discussions

It's very sparse today.... but who knows what the future holds!

Hmmm.... Dial up users will have more issues since many of the manuals are 50-90 megs in size.

Yep, if it is a 300 page manual, you can read it all here!

The Icons should not be bad... most are only 1K or less in size. I'll look into some changes for that though. Thanks!

What happens when you go to the site? Do you get the menu system ok, but when you select a manual it seems to do nothing?

Some of the manuals are very large and may take 3-5 minutes to download. I am looking at putting a message up showing status.

The short on bleeding a diesel fuel system is small, does that one show up for you?

Thanks

Sounds like I better simply the first page!

When you click on the start button, do you get the selection menu? What happens when you click on the Forums button next?

Thanks for all your help!

Hi ! Great Site, I have a few manuals available on pdf, vary from 40-60 Mb or so, e-mail direct if you can make use of them. Regards.

A couple of people have mentioned that and I think I figured it out. The site works like Windows XP. Lower left hand corner there is a start button. What happens when you click it!

I thank EVERYONE whom is helping me test it out! I'll have to add a little instruction so that people notice the button!!

Thanks again!!

I'm running 6.0 dsl. The only thing on the web site is 2 icons. It's not the dial up issue. A way to speed up dial up is to go to your modem in your hardware settings. Go to advanced. In the top space under extra commands, type in " AT & FX ", with out the "". You will go from 56k to 115.2k instantly.

I tried the site and the MF35 manual.

I found it very frustrating to try to turn the pages using the mouse. I kept losing my "grip" on the page corner.
I then found that you could turn the page by just clicking on the bottom right corner.

Perhaps you could add some user instructions to the site.

Keep up the good work.

Hi ! Have a look at the 130 manual on the "free manuals.org" website. If the info on here is any good you may be able to track down a useable manual under the alternative ID of the any of type 30 or 130 or similar. There are differences but enough is the same to be useful. These are rather rare beasts and info can be difficult to get hold of !
