Another 1 cent worth here. You may want to pull a tractor in with a mower on back to work on it. The divider wall would be in the way. A ZTR mower and other push mowers and trimmers will take almost the same room as a tractor.
Next to the foundation on both sides of the main room add some 3/8 chain anchors with rebar run through the end link. About 2 or 3 on each side would handle About anything that needed tied down to straighten. If you needed to pull a dead tractor in, you could run a chain across to the 2 chains near the divider wall and then add a come along or winch to pull them in. Don't put them in the middle of the floor where they would be in the way.
Think about where your shop vice will go. I've had occasion to put in long pieces that may stick out in both directions with the ends needing support. Then it needs some heavy anchoring when trying to bend a long piece of pipe, bar, or something. If you have another chain anchor in or near that location you could anchor the vice and table down with a short chain and link from a mounting bolt underneath.
