Swapped a pair of tires and rims that were not needed for this. Now to get it running and park next to the Super M

Is the engine free? Great find, looks to have potential.

stuck right now, pulled plugs and one cyl water ran out.

If it was full of water good chance the only way to free it up is a complete engine tear down

Fill the whole engine full of ATF after you get all the water out and let it soak for a month or 2. Put it in high gear and jack one wheel up and start pushing the wheel back and forth when you walk by. Might work?

Old is the king of trying ATF automatic trans fluid to loosen up stuck engines. I tend to agree with what he is saying. Have any idea how long it sat out, just at first look maybe quite a while. Is the pipe the muffler is on loose where it threads in the exhaust manifold? If so common problem is even if there is a can, bucket or turn out as yours has covering the muffler rain that hits the side of the muffler runs down and past the loose pipe, past an open exhaust valve, right in the cylinder. Likely going to end up tearing it down.
