I have a 1973 MF-165 diesel. Sprung a leak in one of the fuel filters. Fuel coming out of the bolt that holds the filter on. Parts book number is 359-248-X1 (small o-ring). Large o-ring is
1-851-891-M1. Can anyone tell me actual sizes for these numbers.
Thanks Bob

Small o ring is 3/32thickness by 9/16 by 3/4.
Should be 80 duro quality. Large one not shown
in parts ref. I believe it is square? I agree
with David. A filter should be quite reasonable.

Just to add to what they said, a new filter will have all the seals, should be a MF part # 1077260M91. Included in the filter will be two large square seal rings. Be sure and install the one with the blue stripe in the housing, and the other under the filter in the lower cap. If you don't put the blue striped ring on top, the new filter will leak. And, don't overtighten the center bolt. Just a little tighter than snug should be fine.
