O/T rental space

Long story short I ended up with a shed(60x117x16) that I really don"t need and would like to rent it out. Does anybody know what something like that would bring money wise. (per square foot monthly) thanks to all who reply.

Geography makes a difference in price..Go around and snoop some of the local rental units and make it worth someones while to drive a little out of the way if it's not on a main drag...

If you are in hay country people are alway looking for a place to store hay I used to get $5 a ton per month but its most likely gone up from there.
