o/t wolf attack

just saw on cnn news three women went jogging in alaska with there dogs on a fire road in the woods. pack of about 7 wolves tried to grab the dogs for a snack. now is it just me or isnt there a lot of common sense here. wintertime...woods....short food supply.....predator/prey. hmmm. now we will prolly see some committee formed to counsel the wolves for improper behavior. gotta put a bunch of new laws in place too!!!!

I couldnt image walking (or jogging) outside in Alaska or a super heavily wooded area that has wolves or bear in the area without having a gun at my side, or a slinged rifle.

Here in Michigan wolf packs have made a pack of bear hounds disappear real quick. I know a few guys that have bear hounds and all those guys run cats and coyotes with them also and sometimes they will get on wolf packs in the U.P. of Michigan and most of the time the wolves just out run them but there have been a few cases in Michigan and Wisconsin were the dogs get creamed, they just don't stand a chance against wolves.

There are not only wolves up there but grizzlies and polar bears as well. They have no fear of humans. In the case of the bears, the most sensible protective device is a 1911A1 .45. Works well on wolves as well.

Ya gotta remember though that Wolves are "Politically Correct" animals amongst the liberals (similar to spotted owls or snail darters or manatees) even if they kill cattle or whatever. So I doubt they could do any wrong n wont be punished lol

now , due to somebody's not thinking before they jog, they will have to vote in a mill leavy to provide a politicly correct representative to establish a dialog with the wolves to inform them of all the new laws being passed against them, and include a peta representative to encourage the wolves to switch from eating meat to veggys, the wolves,realizing their way of life is being thratened by a handfull of idiots who should have been drowned in a rain barrel when born, will have to get a lawyer to represent them in court for the next 10 years, at a public cost of 20 billion dollars , and when they are all done, the wolves will still eat meat, and the lawyers will all have new luxury homes in the bahammas paid for by the wolves, and it will then start all over again because a grizzly swallowed a little fifi dog and the old lady is mad now

Remember a few years back when that woman jogger was killed by a mountain lion? She had two kids.The lion was destroyed and they found out she had two cubs. More money was raised to support the orphaned cubs than for the womans kids! That my friends,is what the world is coming to.

Over in northern MN there is a bear the locals had been feeding for years because they liked to watch it. Come this winter the found a unoccupied cabin to hibernate under. The DNR decided it was time put this bear down before somebody got hurt. All the locals cried for the DNR to leave it alone,they said no. Well you guessed it, the governor told the DNR to find a protected sactuary for the bear. Im sure they will find another bear in the future to repeat this same thing. Leave nature alone and these problems wouldnt happen.

Bet the next time them 3 women go jogging in winter time. They have bigger dogs.. 30:06 rifles with Night scope. To slings for extra ammo and a paint gun. lol.. Case they want to mark the animal that got close to them. lol lol

Not just wolves, but dogs running in a pack are vicious as well.
