Off topic.....Hyster forklift engine question

I have a 1993 Hyster Forklift H60 with a 2.2 litre 4-cyl.GM engine.The aluminum head is warped.The head casting # is 14081738,can a 391 or 391S casting be used in place of the #738 head?
