Yes, You can subscribe to Hart Parr Oliver Collectors Magazine which is included with your membership to HPOCA. Excellent Resource for Oliver enthusiast.

Yup,they both come every other month,but not the same month,so you get an Oliver magazine every month. Except maybe this time. It's almost March and no OH yet.
