Oliver Row Crop 70

My fan on the Oliver Row crop 70 will barely turn by hand. When I take the belt off the engine turns over and fires great. Is there a grease fitting or are there any other sugeestions before I would have to disassemble the water pump to see what the problem is?

There is an oil line running into the front of the water pump from the front of the block somewhere but i would guess that your water pump is shot.
