left side under the seat are two more levers. The smaller one operates the PTO and right next to that is a larger lever
(quoted from post at 01:41:44 12/11/17) It is a howard reduction transmission That's what that plate is sandwiched between the end of the trans and the front of the rear housing. It may be possible that it was knocked out off gear by someone moving the lever. In neutral detent the tractor will not move. Try moving the lever[/quo
I was thinking that maybe Ice was causing my problem but I have her in the shop and I have a clutch problem. It will not allow me to shift anything. It will grind if I try to shift the any of the levers so I figure the clutch is stuck to the fly wheel. What is the best book I can buy to repair this tractor? By looking at her picture what tractor do you think I have? Some years ago I tried to figure it out and some how I figured I had a 941 but I don't know. The stamping says it's a 621 but I know that's just the transmission so it has been put together from different tractors. Any ideas on how to break the clutch loose?

here is what I did. I jacked one wheel up and tried to rock it back and forth and tried to rock it for a while. Took the starter motor off and poured about a gal of diesel in the bell housing put the starter motor back on and used it to rotate the flywheel and tire. many times. it is totally soaked it in diesel and left it for a day. The engine runs like normal. So today I wanted to try and pull it and the wheels will not turn the engine over. Just drags in the mud with Ice under it. The top two inches has thawed out over a hot spell. To my surprise one wheel would turn and the other would slide and turn the other direction. one side then the other and it would not turn the engine over. So I took the spark plugs out still would not turn the engine while dragging it. Any ideas???(quoted from post at 09:38:28 12/11/17) Pull the starter, with the clutch pedal blocked down, spray some
BP Blaster with a bent straw spray behind flywheel, rotate
flywheel with big screwdriver and spray. Give it a couple on
days. You can also jack up rear and rock rear wheels.

(quoted from post at 23:05:09 12/16/17) I can't get the flywheel to turn back. I can get it to move a little but it just comes back to where I started after moving about two teeth unless I have the clutch in. Is there something else I can do?
How much damage will happen if I try to move her on a trailer under power or is it best to now try it? What gear is broken on?
