Picked up one today on sale very good price, always thought it would be a handy little rifle to have around. Imagine some of you have one too. Like it?

One of the more FUN firearms I own! Very accurate for squirrels and starlings. Have a few 25 shot clips which are fun to unload. If it starts misfiring take it apart and clean well then oil. PB blaster will improve things temporarily in a pinch. I think you will enjoy it!

Its still in the box I'm looking forward to using it tomorrow. Seems a friend had one years ago we used a lot and it had a tube loader, think I might like revolving one too. Under 200.00 can't beat it.

Had one that barely left my side and made the others just collect dust... Only thing it didn't hunt (officially) is deer. Lite, simple, and accurate...

Love mine. Suprisingly accurate. Do have a scope on mine. Use cheap .22 ammo, Remington. Never a problem.

I've fired about a zillion rds through mine, cleaned it maybe twice. It sits by the back door ready to go, for chucks, coons or skunks. got a 30 rd clip for it. they make tons of crazy and fun accessories for them.

Have had one for a good 20 years. Never a problem with the gun, even back when I didn't clean it much. You will enjoy it.

My son found one for 50.00 several years ago and gave it to me for christmas.
I love the gun --- shoots straight and never plugs up.
Have thought about the timney trigger and stuff -- but it works just fine as it is

I got a stainless one about 15 years ago and it has been in the truck ever since. It has never had more than a WD40 wash job along the side of the road. One of the best tools I own. I got a Ramline 50 round clip for the serious jobs.

I liked the rifle but hated the little kids stock that came with it from the factory. Changed it to a Hogue synthetic and now it's great.

ive had one for most of my life, was a birthday gift when i was a boy some 45 years ago, its a great small varmint or plinking gun, sometime back in the '70's i picked up a 30 round clip for it , and a scope, the scope aint much and it stays in the drawer lol

my son and I have two blued 10-22's and one stainless steel. All three have scopes. Love the looks of them and the performance of them is excellent. Very happy with Rugers in general.

When I was a kid, Dad would take his Remington .22 in the old Model A car and go deer hunting. He would come home with a deer in the rumble seat of that Model A coupe.

One shot through the neck was all he ever used to get a deer.

I used the same gun to thin out the gopher population in the pastures. I could cut off weeds or blades of grass, using the open sights.

Kind of would like to have one of those Rugers though.

had one in the family long as I can remember and it has always worked well, but my new favorite is a henry lever action 22 that I bought last year now the old ruger can rest because the Henry goes with me now.

My wife got mine for me at christmas, many years ago.Its never let me down shoots great.Istill have the box book, and reciept in my attic.

Not a Ruger, but... I picked up a Savage model 25 light varmiter in 17 Hornet cal. last Monday. It has the "accutrigger" feature. I believe it is the sweetest shooting rifle I have. "Love at first shot" Dale

I and my kids and grand kids love them. Accurate and fun. They Like to shoot those kids blocks with the numbers, letters and pictures on them. They can make them dance. Just a thought, NEVER use WD-40 on a firearm. Birchwood Casey gun scrubber is great for a quick cleaning.
