nope.

You know -you can kinda sorta picture MAYBE being able to climb up there if you REALLY had to -

But STANDING on that top working - FORGET that.

And cutting out a 50 pound chunk of metal that wants to pull you over like an anchor...

no way.

I would assume they have to wait for a windless day to do this - but even so - just the slightest breeze must feel like a fire hose against your back.

I've been to the observation level in that building, safely behind glass. That's exciting enough for me.

I can't watch things like that. It gives me a funny feeling in the bottom of my feet. Maybe nature telling me to put all my weight on the ground? I don't know.
 
I could easily do that...as long as I could keep one foot on the ground.

I would just leave the antenna up there until it decided to fall down on its own
