over/under input shaft

Does anyone know where I could locate an over/under input shaft out of an Oliver 2255, 2-150 white, or 4-150. That is the last ingredient I need to put the 8.3 cummins in the 2-155 white. I tried quite a few places, even Maibach's. Please email me if you know where one could be located. Thanks for you help!
