Painting a Farmall Super C

I've been told 2 different things on the color scheme of the wheels for a 1951 Farmall Super C, where can I find the paint codes so I can get it right for original restoration? Is it IH White(Kind of an eggshell color) or IH Silver? Please help and THANKS!!

the wheels are aluminum originally, silver was introduced on the wheels in 1986.

IH white was never used on any rims until the 70's, I believe.
However, i'm quite certain that the IH white that you're talking about was found on the indentation on the hood on the farmall 350 and 450 in the late 50's. I know that they carried the color on up through the 340, 240, 460, 460, 404, 504 and so on but NEVER on any rims that I know of. The only rims i know of that are that color is the international cub lowboy front rims and rear hubs.

Go to your IH dealer and buy the paint for the wheels.It's not expensive and it's the right color.

White wheel rims were used on the IH Germany on the D-series tractors 1956 onwards. In 1962 the whole wheels were white.

Thanks so much....after reading thru this from the beginning all the way thru to the year of my tractor...where did silver even come into the picture?
