Sorry for shouting at you all. Know that I have your attention. Paint fumes are very bad for you to inhale. I would insist if you paint you should use a fresh air resparator. Most resparator masks will not stop paint fumes from entering lungs. Also will enter thru eyes and skin suit up full body protection. Please take care of yourselfs and spend the money for a fresh air mask full face one. I wish they had told me all this at PPG they didnt. I found out how bad isocyntes where from this forum. Again spend the money or dont paint. Please And expect to have a liceanse to buy paint in future as this will happen just a matter of when. Your protection, health is of upmost importance. Thanks
Sorry for spelling.

Just out of curiosity, is there something that "sparked" this? Yes...ISOs are bad and they recommend supplied air. Shoot....anything you breathe even rattle can paint I'm sure can be bad.

nothing sparked this there seems to be a lot of miseducation about paint and protecting equipment. I just would like to see everyone educated and safe.

A good friend of our family painted cars and stuff quite a bit. His protection was a bandana and sometimes a mask with filters. He died a real old and used up man at 63. His last 3 or 4 years were pretty miserable, but I don't remember him without breathing problems.
