parts cleaning

Was considering using a good used dish washer for cleaning small parts and ones that would fit in it.

I hate cleaning parts by hand.

Sounds like an interesting solution. I assume you wife has no objections?lol Don't know that it will get the heavy stuff though.

It's a good idea, but there are some issues. Industrial parts cleaners are basically just fancy dishwashers with the water based cleaning agent recirculated and filtered. The cleaners are usually caustic and work better when HOT, 180F. That's usually hotter than a dish washer.

If you can find a used take out washer, why not try it?
