i was just wondering if anyone had some pistons for a 6-3 power block... or if they know where a guy could get some that were in good shape. and maybe the cost of them?

I have a set of 6.125" pistons that will fit in there if you bore it out. I did this about 8 years ago to mine and all i did was tractor pull with it. You can use the same rods and crank. E-mail me for more info, Thanks

I think my dad may have a pair that are still in usable shape. I will ask him if he wants to sell them or not.

When looking at used power block pistons, pay special attention to the ring grooves. MANY of the power block pistons I have seen have worn out, sloppy ring grooves. You can have the grooves fixed, but it will probably cost you as much or more than you would pay for used pistons to fix them.

Measure your bore carfully as well, as more than likely it is worn. There is no sense in putting different pistons in a worn out bore.
