power steering pump JD 630

hello, JD buddies,, i have JD 630 power steering pump apart,, leaking oil on the fan belt,, there are no oring seals or gaskets between the pump sections,, what do you use to seal this up against leaking??? THANKS

Back in the day Indian shellac, now a days anerobic sealer(loctite stuff).

Ditto on the IndianHead gasket shellac or something similar.

Make sure all the mating surfaces are very flat.

New shaft seals are a pair , install back to back

DITTO, new seals, check shaft for wear, thin coat of shellac Indian Head you can still buy. This will seal up the pump.

Also, put a little grease between the lips of the seals.
