powersteering D-17

I have a D-17 that the powersteering will only work if you turn the wheels one direction. Does anyone know what to look for in the control valve or has picture of all the parts before I take it apart all help will be welcome

Paul, my parts manual is pretty detailed (just for D-17 and has 365 pages) BUT it shows the control valve only as an assembly. Send me an email and I'll send you what I have. What is the serial number of your tractor?

You might check the connections from the control valve to the cylinder.

I do see some screws on the valve suggesting it might be opened up.
