Morning, guys and gals!! Haven't been on
here much lately due to retirement keeping
me busy, among other things. Need prayers
for my 64 year old wife. She fell out of
the bed this morning and fractured her
left hip. Orthopedic surgeon is on the way
for a consultation to let us know what
needs to be done. Thanks, folks!!

OK, Phil, were you guys rough-housing??? ; > ) Thoughts and prayers for both of you. Hip replacement is painful but no doubt in pain now. Speedy recovery to her.

I know its easier said then done but as she recovers from whatever her treatment is,its harder in the long run if her muscles atrophy from not being used cause it causes pain.sometimes no surgery is needed but theres still pain.just went through all this with my mother but shes 91 and has altzheimers.encourage her to do her physical therapy while recovering

Prayers sent for both of you!

My wife had hip replacement surgery a couple years ago when she was 63. It wasn't broken, but arthritic.

She seems to have fully recovered and has no pain or limp.

God is good!
