where can i find a adapter to reduce a 1-3/8" pto shaft down to a 1-1/8" need one to fit a mower drive shaft.

I have never ever seen one. Ya they make 1-18 to 1-3/8 but I do not think they make them the other way around. I bet in the long run it would be easier to just replace that U-Joint yoke with a 1-3/8 coupler

I have one of those 1 3/8 down to 1 1/8 adapters, bought to use the sprayer pump I had on tractor with larger shaft.
