I have a parts h that i would like to make in to a puller i have a 350 block to use for the new motor. i was wondering if anyone knew how to can tell what gears a tractor has in the rear end I have heard that there is a creeper tranny normal and then a higher speed. Also was wondering what tips and tricks they have found with the 350 block when building a pulling motor.

No, no such thing, when on steel the only thing diffrent is that 5th gear is locked out. This is with both the H and M. First gear is the same by the way, rubber or steel.
