That loader pump setup on this site is way more expensive than anything you need - $100 will get you a common SAE-A gear pump more than adequate for your needs. I've bought dozens of these pumps - made in South Carolina. When ordering watch the item number closely - you need straight shaft with CCW rotation and these pumps come CW or CCW as well as straight or splined shaft:
