Question about drawbar height ??

I imagine this has been discussed here numerous times before, but here goes anyways. What is the most "common" height for drawbars with the antique tractor pulls around the country? I see some clubs have different heights but is there one that is most common?

Everywhere I pull says 20" maximum height measured on the scale. I have once heard of a pull that only allowed 18". I didn't go there because they didnt allow hanging weights. On my H, I replaced the stock bars that hold the drawbar up with adjustable links from a 3 point hitch. The advantage to this is as you add more weight or deflate the tires you can bring your hitch point back up to the maximum allowable.

20 inch in Ohio but i have heard the 18 rule

Some are 18" for Superfarm {uncut tires} and 20" for mod and open. Barn yard or plow classes are 16".

18" div 2, 3 mph and 5 mph with top dressed tires. 16" div 1 around these parts. Enhanced classic's are at 20"

Antique and stock 18" in most of Ontario. Many of those little old tractors had the drawbar only 12-14" off the ground.
