I have the 646 tractor with the hydraulic pump out. I looked at the Grainger web site and the 4F667 Haldex Barnes pump appears to be the same size. My question is, Does this pump have the same capacity as the original.
is it easy to install and modify?

Congratulations.

You found the very pump that I would have recommended. The specs of that pump are very close to the specs of the OEM unit so you can put that one in with confidence. It has been used by others in the past with no complaint.

I was on Northern Tools web site and they have this pump which has more capacity. Do you feel the additional capacity is needed?

Using that pump would be a huge mistake so don't do it. The one from Grainger is the best choice. If the engineers at Case thought a larger pump was an advantage, they'd have put it in.

It takes hp to spin a pump. The larger the pump, the more HP you need. A large pump can stop an engine cold when you demand maximum work. Order the pump from Grainger. Your search is over.
