RARE RED E TRACTOR

I have a red e garden tractor with an 8 h.p. Wisconsin engine model AENS. I beleive it is a prototype of a Power King tractor. I can't find any info about this tractor.Does anyone know the history of this tractor?How can I determine the year of the tractor? Any info would be helpful. Thank you.
