There should be two Allen head 7/16 inch bolts holding the valve to the lift cover. I've had to drill the heads off before to remove the valve if the bolts won't come
out. Valve must be removed so the front lift cover bolts can be removed. The valve bolts thread into the lift cover casting.

Hi there, thank you for the reply. I see them now down the center in between the spools. Unfortunately this poor girl lived outside it's whole life before I got it. The heads are rusted to nothing so drilling will be the answer:-(
