Another 15 inches of snow. Thought I'd think about nicer weather and future projects.
What do you guys have sitting in the shed just waiting for the snow to go away?

Wanna sell parts of that thing? I'm into my second year on restoring a Case Model 150. Began
excavation work digging it outa the ground in late 09, have the motor finished, brakes, and most mechanical and am beginning on the sheet metal. That model 120 appears in very good shape for its age! Finding parts are a challenge!

Overhauling the motor on the M5 my father bought new in 1963. Putting a new front end under a G 705 diesel. When it gets warmer I am going to pull the motor off the Oliver 431 combine and fix it for this years show.

I've posted this picture before, but I'm posting it again because I really like it.

Super M Farmall on blocks when I get time I m changing the front bolster seal and bushing, and belt pulley seal and redoing the brakes and some other stuff I think it will be a while before she sees sunlight again unless the shop door is open...

That Case 120 is a real beauty! Can you tell us more about it? Where you found it? Does it run? Are you restoring? Thanks.

This one came out of Wisconsin. Needs engine work before I can put it in the field. Also looks as if every hydraulic seal is leaking.
I made a deal on another 120 for parts but it was froze down before I had time to get it home.
Here's a picture of the parts machine.

Hey James, I don't know how many parts are interchangeable, but if I can help get another Case in the field then I am willing to help.
Our motors, drives and some controls may be different but I think the threshing components are the same.

Good to know, although I figured this one for a parts machine. There has to be one out there somewhere in better shape. Saved it from the scrap man this fall so its safe for now. It might take three of them to make one good one.

Hi Brad,
Nice to see you saved another one.Looks like a job thou loading her.
Hope all is well

Interesting colors on that trailer, looks to me like Desert Sunset and Flambeau??!!!

Yes Sir! Makes the tractors look better when the trailer colors match! I had a few Case decals made for it too, just haven't put them on yet. I'm looking for some decals that say "Case Sales and Service" like the dealers would have used. I may have to have some made.

Yes, it looks pretty clean cut on the trailer. A lot goes into one of these hauls. Detaching the head and chaining everything down is what takes time.
Just have to plan on spending most of a day on these projects then a guy feels good when there's plenty of daylight left when your ready to roll.
This machine had a scour clean, bin extensions, clean grain elevator and the unload auger to remove before loading. Used most the tools in the toolbox before the day was done.
It helped to have a good friend and fellow collector along and use of a loader tractor too.
