I am restoring a 39 B John Deere that has factory rear flat spokes with the number JD 1259R stamped on them. I can not find that number or information on these wheels anywhere. On all the books that I have, it seems there is a lot of information on JD 1240R, and the picture of them looks just like my JD1259R. I have made sure I have read number correctly, and have even used the article in Two-Cylinder magazine Jan-Feb 2005 (Study of Wheels) p.65 by Richard Sundberg as a reference. I am just curious if there is anyone that knows anything about these wheels.
