In 1993 they list blades for slashers they sold. BMB, Howse, United Farm Tool and Caroni. Give me a good description of your blade I might be able to identify it. Length width thickness and hole size.
Since they didn't make their own stuff, it could be.That middle one trailer style looks like a Howse 500D...
did you work at a local or in the corporate side, I have contact to this day with many of the folks from corporate, Several went to asap actually, a few are still there to the best of my knowledge? To the op I can look through some of the stuff I was given by a couple contacts and see if I have anything that may help you. I just did a little checking and even CT's master carb guy is still alive!I worked for CT back during the 1990's and the field cutters were made by Howse.
At a store here in New York State from 1989 to 2001. I knew some of the people in Des Moines such as Judy Walker and Herb in used parts. Batavia, NY was a gathering point for used tractors to be salvaged so I got to know the two Ken's. Elliot Brody was a good guy to talk to but I think he over-reached when he wanted to make CT a full blown retail operation. But I recall he was bought out to the point where he only had a small share in the company when the investors started expanding the store numbers. Some good times and some not so good times when I worked for them.did you work at a local or in the corporate side, I have contact to this day with many of the folks from corporate, Several went to asap actually, a few are still there to the best of my knowledge? Do an Amazon search for Howse mower parts. They show lots of mower blades. HTHIm trying to find some info on a "bush hog" that was sold through Central tractor back in the 90s. They were red and came in 3pt or pull type and 5ft, 6ft and 7ft widths. Trying to find blades but everyone wants a manufacturer.
Yep! The one on the very bottom.I found an old catalog for them, but it does not identify who actually made it.View attachment 126374
