Remote hydraulics on JD 520

Can a 2nd remote be added for dual remotes on a Powertrol on a John Deere 520? It also has a 3-pt. How would you do it, if possible? Thanks.

think they had a factory option, was for 620 and 720. Other wise you will need and elctric switching valve for that second outlet

The factory option replaced the single valve housing (F2831R) with a double valve housing (F3190R). You could also add breakaway outlets on a swivel on top the valve housing for drawn implements.

Same box fits 520-730. These are very rare and will cost around $1,000 or more.
If your serial number is lower than 5201975, you need gasket R1652R.

Hi, does any one have a real world picture of how to plumb out the second remote on a dual remote housing? I have the F3190R and only 1 is plumbed out. I looked in the manual and they show hoses etc. It seems more complicated than it needs to be. This is on a John Deere 630. I attached a picture with 2 red arrows pointing to where I think it needs to be added, but I am not sure. Thank you.

This is what we did on our 730. We also did this on our 620. Just Pioneer ends. The adapter needed is Part #16 on page 36 of a 45 loader parts book. Part # Y1912C then need a small pipe between the Pioneer ends and the adapter.

Thank you so much for the picture. I looked up part number Y1912C and see it is available at RDO for $22.21. I'll get a couple of those and then the proper pipe as you said and then the Pioneer. THANK YOU. I thought it could be something simple just right at those plug inputs as you show.
