Removing a Jubilee Radiator

I have a 1954 Jubilee. The radiator has a small leak at the top seam. I would like to remove it and have it repaired. How much of the body (sheet metal) do I need to remove to get it off?
 
Just the hood, handy to have 2nd person around for that part. While its off might as well replace the hoses and theromstat and fluid. I did this chore a few years back in January in Michigan at 15F, still not too bad a job.
