has anyone seen a rotary cutter like this? What make and model is it? Is it worth picking up for $150.00

I picked it up today. It's not as bad as it looks. I found some green paint under one of the covers. Its may be a john Deere. I also found a plate on the top link mounting point 239166. Does any one have an idea on a year or model?
