Roto Baler operation

I have been working on an old orange top roto baler I bought for $50. It needs better belts but the rest is in decent shape. Can anyone tell me where I can find a parts book online? I have heard about a rubber covered roller that feeds hay - I don't have one. Also, why won't the twine tube go back up once it drops? The twine feeds but it doesn't move back into position.

The original manuals were parts books and
operating manuals. I have a used-fair to good
original. $ 16 ppd. to Chuck Bergstrom, PO Box

The tension on the twine causes a lever to trip to start the arm moving once it drops down. I'd guess you'll have to fiddle with that tension disk. They are real fussy.
