IS THERE SUCH A THING AS RUST KILLER?
SEEING SITES THAT SAY SPRAY ON AND PAINT OVER IS IT TRUE OR IS IT JUNK?

The only rust killer I know of that works is elbow grease.

Not wanting to spend much time prepping a wagner loader, I painted it with a phosphoric (sp?) acid based product, let it dry and painted directly over it with rattle can primer and paint. It came out really acceptable and after having it out in the weather for 2 yrs, it still looks good. and, no new rust.

mite be worth a try where did you pick it up and whats it called ?

There are several rust converters on the market. Look in the auto body section at big stores or a body shop supply. Dave
