s wrench

[tractor fixer]

looking for a wrench to work on a 450 crawler tractor tranny. a buddy of mine has a mac s183 wrench that i cant find on the market. it is about 12-14 in long and looks like an s. does anyone know where i can get one of these? mac no longer runs in my neighborhood.

do you own some junk wrenches and a welder? mig might be better.

u didn"t mention sizes but gearwrench offers some up to around 5/8" and even in the ratcheting variety... Craftsman also...

if it"s the larger sizes you might also consider angle head wrenches... depending on obstructionsw of course..

I use a torque multiplier 4x picked it up on ebay they also have Swrenchs. Torque multipliers are great when working heavy equipment as you can use a torque wrench on the input and just multiple times 4 for output torque. (100 fp in 400 out)
